Lindt, a Swiss company specialized in the manufacture and sale of chocolate, has carried out since 2018 the appraisal of the key money value of its real properties to carry out the Impairment Test, in compliance with CPC 01, using the methodology under Technical Standard No. 14.653 – Appraisal of Assets (from the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards) and its constituent parts.
