Apsis participated in the merger process between Localiza and Unidas by preparing the appraisal reports for the exchange ratio test of the Companies’ shares to be submitted at the General Meeting of Shareholders of both companies, and the merger of Unidas’ shares into Localiza. Apsis furthermore helped with the preparation of Pre-Purchase Price Allocation to prepare Pro Forma Financial Statements.
