Apsis University
One of Apsis’ most important values is the recognition of the team: “The team is our greatest asset.” To ensure this is truly ingrained in our culture, we developed Apsis University, our Corporate University focused on three pillars: technical content, soft skills, and leadership training and development.

Our content covers internal topics for team onboarding, highly technical and specialized training for project development, as well as soft skills content for the development of better professionals in our Leadership Training and Development Program (PDL), with classes formed annually.
